Sparc Systems Limited has unveiled Think Tech Thursday, a new initiative aimed at promoting innovation and positioning Malawi among leading countries in global information technology development.
The platform, which will run on the last Thursday of every month, is designed to showcase practical technological solutions while creating space for dialogue on how technology can support businesses, government institutions and communities.
Speaking during the launch in Lilongwe, Sparc Systems Limited Managing Director, Wesley Phiri, said the company is rolling out a range of innovative products, including enterprise access control systems intended to strengthen security for both private and public sector institutions.
Phiri said that the initiative goes beyond traditional approaches to technology promotion, adding that Think Tech Thursday will feature monthly online episodes focusing on real-world systems used in everyday operations.
He reaffirmed the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and expressed confidence that the platform will make a meaningful contribution to Malawi’s digital transformation agenda.
