Systems Engineer: Software Development Intern (2 Positions)

Software Development Intern is someone who is responsible for contributing to software design and development. The intern collaborates with other team members in creating secure and reliable software solutions.

Duties and responsibilities

• Developing applications (coding, programming)
• Debugging and testing code
• Documenting and testing new software applications
• Researching, investigating and fixing a wide range of technical issues
• Collaborating with developers and senior leaders
• Approaching problems and creating solutions
• Proactively learning about new technologies

Requirements and qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related area
• Must have graduated within the past 4 years
• Experience with various programming languages, preferably JavaScript, Java and C#
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably git
• Understanding of Agile Development Methodologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to interact with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Highly developed analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
